About Us

A little about our history…

Oakley TFM Ltd was formed in 1987, primarily as a bearing and transmission supply company. Whilst supplying parts we were asked by clients if we could also install the items we supply, or machine them to suit site requirements.

This led to more building related projects. As a result we began to re-structure our company to resolve the needs of our clients building facility issues.

We now concentrate on facilities support services for our clients, ensuring that all the demands of their building issues are met on time, safely and at a competitive cost. We are also able to meet more unusual requests such as supplying extra staff or sourcing specialist equipment.

Andrew Delve, Dip RSA, MBIFM
Managing Director
With more than 27 years building facilities and engineering experience,
Andrew is involved with the day to day running of the business, combined
with cost structuring of customers projects from concept to completion. He also keeps a check on projects and staff on site, issues permits to work and ensures that RAMS are being adopted and HSE measures are being observed.

Janet Delve BA Hons
Company Secretary
Janet has many years experience in the day to day running of the company. She is responsible for all staff and contractors and their assessment and HSE requirements, together with monitoring their performance and capacity to be involved with our supply chain process.

John Bradstreet (Just Safety)
Independent HSE Adviser

John is a fully certified HSE practitioner and advises Oakley TFM Ltd on all aspects of HSE in the workplace and carries out independent assessments for all of our accreditations, including Alcumus Safe Contractor, CHAS and Construction Line.

Employees & Contractors

Oakley TFM Ltd employs both its own staff and also utilises sub-contractors that have passed its stringent assessment process, to ensure all works are done in a safe and controlled manner.
